1. Who We Are
This is the official website of URA (ura.la, including the Pam page at ura.la/pam/) (the “Site”), created by urakosaku. URA is made for everyone, and the Site is designed for a general audience. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at [email protected].
2. The Pam Page: Everything Stays on Your Device
The Pam page (ura.la/pam/) works entirely in your browser. It does not have accounts, and it does not send anything about you to us or to anyone else.
- Your records (how you played, your Favorites, your language setting) are saved only in your browser’s local storage, on your own device. We cannot see them.
- Export / Import creates a file on your device and reads it back. The file never passes through our servers.
- No analytics, no tracking, no cookies are used on the Pam page. The page may be stored in your browser so that it opens offline; this is a copy of the page itself, not a record of you.
- Links you save stay on your device. When you open one, your browser goes to that website, and that website’s privacy policy applies.
3. Information We Collect on Other Pages
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message when you write to us.
We do not currently send a newsletter. If we start one, we will update this policy before collecting any email addresses.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To reply when you write to us.
- To understand, in general terms, how people use the Site, so we can make it better.
5. Third-Party Services
Web hosting: The Site is hosted on a server in Japan. Like most servers, it may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and maintenance.
Cloudflare: We may use Cloudflare to keep the Site fast and secure. Cloudflare’s privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
Google Fonts: Some pages of the Site (not the Pam page) load fonts from Google Fonts. When they do, your browser sends a request to Google, which may receive your IP address. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Search Console and Google Analytics: We may use Google Search Console to see how the Site appears in search results; it does not identify individual visitors. We may use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about how visitors use the Site (never on the Pam page). You can opt out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
6. Cookies
The Pam page does not use cookies. Other pages of the Site may use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to understand how the Site is used. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as expected without them.
7. Children’s Privacy
URA is made for people of all ages, and the Site is designed for a general audience. The Pam page can be used by anyone, because it collects nothing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Our contact form is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to write to us for you.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep messages you send us only as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence, or until you ask us to delete them.
9. Your Rights
- You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
- Depending on where you live (for example, in Japan, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have additional rights under local law. To use any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

これは、urakosaku が作る URA の公式ウェブサイト（ura.la。ura.la/pam/ のパムのページを含みます。以下「本サイト」）です。URA はすべての人のためのもので、本サイトは一般の方に向けて作られています。このポリシーについて質問があるときは、[email protected] までご連絡ください。
2. パムのページ：すべては、あなたの端末の中に

- 解析・トラッキング・Cookie は、パムのページでは使っていません。ネットがなくても開けるように、ページそのものがブラウザに保存されることがありますが、それはページの写しであって、あなたの記録ではありません。
- 保存したリンクは、あなたの端末の中に残ります。開いたときは、ブラウザがそのウェブサイトへ行き、そのサイトのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
3. ほかのページで集める情報
当方は、あなたが自分から渡してくださった個人情報だけを集めます。
- お問い合わせフォーム：ご連絡をいただくときの、お名前、メールアドレス、メッセージ。
現在、メールマガジンは配信していません。始めるときは、メールアドレスを集める前に、このポリシーを更新します。
当方は、あなたの個人情報を売りません。これからも売りません。

5. 外部のサービス

8. 情報を持っている期間
いただいたメッセージは、返事をするためと、やりとりの記録として必要な間だけ、または削除の依頼があるまで、保管します。
