1. Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the URA website at ura.la, including the Pam page at ura.la/pam/ (together, the “Site”), created by urakosaku (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who the Site Is For
URA is made for everyone, and the Site is designed for a general audience of all ages. Our contact form is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to write to us for you.
3. Our Work and Characters
Unless otherwise noted, everything on the Site, including the character Pam, illustrations, animations, 3D models, sounds, text, logos, and designs, is created and owned by urakosaku / URA and is protected by copyright and other laws.
You are welcome to share links to the Site, to take screenshots or screen recordings of the Pam page for personal, non-commercial sharing, and to talk about our characters and stories. Please do not copy, sell, or use our characters, artwork, or logos to make products, or in any commercial way, without our written permission.
Please do not use the content of the Site, including the character Pam, to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models without our written permission.
If you would like to work with us, license a character, or collaborate, we would love to hear from you through the Contact page.
4. Fan Art
You are welcome to draw and share your own fan art of our characters for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not sell it or use it in ways that could be confused with official URA products.
5. The Pam Page and Your Favorites
The Pam page lets you play with Pam and keep a small collection of links (“Favorites”). Everything you add stays in your own browser, on your own device. We do not receive it, store it, or see it. You can export it to a file and import it on another device.
Because the data lives only on your device, we cannot restore it if it is deleted, if you clear your browser data, or if your device is lost. Please export a copy if it matters to you.
The links you save are your own choices. We are not responsible for the content of the websites they point to. Please save only links you have the right to keep, and do not use the Pam page to store anything unlawful.
6. Links to Other Sites
The Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
7. No Warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including any loss of data saved on your device.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the Site or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

この利用規約は、urakosaku（以下「当方」）が作る URA のウェブサイト ura.la（ura.la/pam/ のパムのページを含みます。以下「本サイト」）の利用に適用されます。本サイトを利用することで、この規約に同意したものとします。同意いただけない場合は、本サイトの利用をお控えください。
2. 本サイトが向けている人
URA はすべての人のためのもので、本サイトは年齢を問わない一般の方に向けて作られています。お問い合わせフォームは 16 歳以上の方のためのものです。16 歳未満の方は、保護者の方に代わりにご連絡いただくようお願いします。
3. 作品とキャラクター
特に記載がない限り、本サイトにあるすべてのもの（キャラクターのパム、イラスト、アニメーション、3D モデル、音、文章、ロゴ、デザインを含みます）は urakosaku / URA が作り、権利を持つもので、著作権法その他の法律で保護されています。
本サイトへのリンクを共有すること、パムのページを個人的・非商用の範囲でスクリーンショットや画面録画にして共有すること、当方のキャラクターや作品について語ることは、歓迎します。当方のキャラクター、絵、ロゴを、当方の書面による許可なく、複製・販売したり、商品にしたり、商用に使ったりしないでください。
当方の書面による許可なく、本サイトの内容（キャラクターのパムを含みます）を、人工知能や機械学習モデルの学習に使わないでください。
一緒に仕事をしたい、キャラクターのライセンスを受けたい、コラボしたいという方は、Contact ページからぜひご連絡ください。
4. ファンアート
個人的・非商用の目的であれば、当方のキャラクターのファンアートを描いて共有することを歓迎します。販売したり、URA の公式商品と紛らわしい形で使ったりすることはお控えください。
5. パムのページと「お気に入り」
パムのページでは、パムと遊んだり、リンクの小さな集まり（「お気に入り」）を持ったりできます。あなたが入れたものはすべて、あなたのブラウザの中、あなたの端末の中にだけ残ります。当方は受け取らず、保存せず、見ることもありません。ファイルに書き出して、別の端末で読みこむことができます。
データは端末の中にだけあるため、消してしまった場合、ブラウザのデータを削除した場合、端末をなくした場合に、当方が復元することはできません。大切なものは、書き出して控えを取っておいてください。
保存するリンクは、あなた自身が選んだものです。リンク先のサイトの内容について、当方は責任を負いません。保存する権利のあるリンクだけを保存し、違法なものの保管にパムのページを使わないでください。
6. ほかのサイトへのリンク
本サイトには、ほかのウェブサイトへのリンクが含まれることがあります。それらのサイトの内容や運営について、当方は責任を負いません。
7. 保証について
本サイトは「現状のまま」「利用できる範囲で」提供されます。正確で動く状態を保つよう努めますが、常に利用できることや誤りがないことを約束することはできません。
8. 責任の制限
法律で認められる範囲で、本サイトの利用から生じるいかなる損害（端末に保存したデータの消失を含みます）についても、当方は責任を負いません。
9. 規約の変更
この規約は、随時更新することがあります。更新したときは、このページの上部の「最終更新」の日付を変えます。更新後も本サイトを利用し続けた場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとします。
10. 準拠法
この規約は日本法に準拠します。本サイトまたはこの規約から生じる紛争は、日本の裁判所を専属的な合意管轄裁判所とします。
